Change is a word which generates the uneasiness in most of us. However, the successful organizations understand that when they are doing things the same way with poor results, implementation of organizational change can be opted. But most of us would agree that we can think of a time when we had a good change in our lives. For example: a marriage, the birth of a baby, moving into a new house are all the examples of positive changes in our lives. So, why is the change in a workplace taken as a catastrophe?
